Flip the world up-side-down. Practice and learn inversions (maybe that you were always too afraid to try or even think) about in a safe, no pressure environment. Our wonderful teacher, Jackie, will guide you through yoga flows warming up the body for specific inversions, such as baby crow, crow, 8 angled and headstand. Then, together, the class will break down the poses, and practice them in a way that is tailored to your level.
No experience is necessary. We will be learning and practicing safe and fundamental preparatory poses, as well as various modifications and variations. $30. BOOK HERE
