Julie is the owner of Soul Strong Yoga and co-author of Seasons of Sound. After living with a rare neuromuscular disease, she learned firsthand how thoughtful, accessible movement helps people feel at home in their bodies again. Her training includes adaptive yoga, trauma-informed yoga, Yoga for All, and Warriors at Ease, and her teaching centers safety, choice, and nervous system regulation.
