Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is open to people at all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal students build strength and flexibility to support their growing bodies. Prenatal provides a space for community and sharing. Perfect for all stages of pregnancy. Students will work on relieving many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy. This is a perfect class to bring a little calm and ease to one’s week during such a transformative time.

We have 2 Prenatal Yoga classes for you to choose from.

Both of them take place at our Studio location (107 S Lewis St)

  • Sundays at 10:45 a.m.
  • Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m.

We encourage a prenatal student to use the following discount if it’s helpful for their monthly budget and necessities. Soul Strong Yoga wants these important classes to be as accessible as possible for our community!

When booking a Prenatal Yoga class, use the promo code “NATAL” for 40% off of the “Single class drop-in” price. No proof of financial need is necessary. Using the promo code is up to the client’s own discretion but can only be used for Prenatal Yoga classes, unless approved by Soul Strong Yoga management.

Note: In order to use the promo code, the student must select the “Single class drop-in” price when booking the Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga class.

Stacy Wooster

Stacy Wooster has maintained a holistic wellness practice since 2002. She is a certified yoga therapist and offers trauma informed teaching. She continuously deepens her studies in massage and yoga therapy, personal training, apothecary and astrology. She’s served as a K-12 educator, created the first registered prenatal yoga school in Texas, and utilizes her knowledge as a national teacher and speaker. Stacy loves to see her students’ eyes light up in self-realization. She believes in the power of yoga to support us through life’s ups and downs and to help us integrate who we really are
