Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
We offer weekly Prenatal Yoga and Postnatal Yoga classes as well as a childbirth preparation and prenatal yoga series, called PREPARED. Jill Birt and Sarah Evans are leaders in the Central Texas Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga community. Soul Strong Yoga is honored to host this dream team at our studio for our mothers!
Prenatal Yoga - Sundays at 1:00PM
The class is open to mothers at all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal students build strength and flexibility to support their growing bodies. Prenatal Yoga provides a space for community and sharing. Perfect for all stages of pregnancy. Relieve many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy and post-pregnancy. Connect with the body and calm the mind during such a transformative time.

Postnatal Yoga - Sundays at 2:15PM
Open to mothers (and their pre-crawler babies). Postnatal students can begin after they’re approved by their doctor for yoga. In Postnatal Yoga, mothers can bring their babies if they wish. In the class, mothers will build strength and reconnect with their bodies, bond with their new babies, and build community. Postnatal Yoga is a wonderful time to restore, get a perfectly tailored workout for postpartum, and build connection.

PREPARED Series with Jill Birt, RN
In the PREPARED series, you will gain a deeper understanding of the connection between mind, body and spirit and learn ways to apply this knowledge through labor, delivery and into motherhood. Like in traditional childbirth classes, you can expect to be educated on the process of labor and delivery, but unlike a traditional class Jill Birt, RN, will guide you through an understanding of the process from both scientific and energetic perspectives.
