We’ll guide you step-by-step, with plenty of encouragement, modifications, and space to explore your practice at your own comfort level.
Why Start Yoga?
Yoga is really about meeting yourself exactly where you are right now. Whether you want to improve your flexibility, find a little more calm, or simply try something new, yoga offers benefits for both body and mind. With a consistent practice, you will enjoy:

- Better balance and posture (yes, even at your desk)
- Less stress and more calm
- A boost in energy and focus
- That amazing “ahhh” feeling after class
What to Expect in a Beginner’s Class

Meet Our In-Person Beginners Teachers!
Stacy
Stacy Wooster has maintained a holistic wellness practice since 2002. She is a certified yoga therapist and offers trauma informed teaching. She continuously deepens her studies in massage and yoga therapy, personal training, apothecary and astrology. She’s served as a K-12 educator, created the first registered prenatal yoga school in Texas, and utilizes her knowledge as a national teacher and speaker. Stacy loves to see her students’ eyes light up in self-realization. She believes in the power of yoga to support us through life’s ups and downs and to help us integrate who we really are

Kelly
Kelly first stepped onto the mat in 2013 as a dedicated runner and triathlete seeking greater flexibility. After a broken ankle in 2019, her relationship with yoga transformed from a physical practice to a healing journey, enriching her life on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
She now enjoys guiding slower, mindful practices, encouraging students to explore the connection between breath and movement. With a playful approach, Kelly makes yoga accessible to all, fostering an environment where students can experience both flexibility and strength.
Kelly has a 200 hour certification from Soul Strong Yoga and has pursued advanced trainings in Yin Yoga, sequencing, sound healing, and adaptive yoga, and she wholeheartedly believes that yoga is a lifelong practice, benefiting each and every person.
