Beginners Flow

New to yoga or ready to reconnect with the basics? Beginners Flow is the perfect place to start. This welcoming class offers a slower pace with clear instruction, focusing on foundational poses, mindful breathwork, and building confidence on the mat.

Flow and Stretch (Vin and Yin)

Warm up with a yoga flow, and then melt into Yin postures for the second half of class. Yin includes long holds of deep stretches supported by props. This helps to release the muscles and let you find complete relaxation. All levels welcome.

Flow and Sunrise Flow

Move with your breath and bring your attention back to your body in our flow classes. These dynamic flow classes will get you out of your head and into a moving meditation. Modifications are always available.

In our sunrise flows, we awaken the body with breathe work, introspection, and a longer warm-up to prepare our bodies for an active flow. All levels are welcome.

Gentle Flow

Move slowly and mindfully in our Gentle Flow classes as you connect breath to steady, supportive movement. This class offers a softer pace with extra time for transitions, stretching, and grounding so you can build strength and mobility without feeling rushed. Modifications are always available.

Heated Flow

Heated Yoga Flow is an energizing, strengthening, and invigorating class. Expect to move and breathe smoothly from one pose to another, building strength, energy and grace and releasing stress in the body. Practiced in a heated room to maximize the healing and detoxifying aspects of the class. Beginners with some yoga experience through more advanced students will enjoy the benefits of this class. Our Mat Pilates class focuses on strengthening the core, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall body awareness. Suitable for all levels, this low-impact class utilizes bodyweight exercises to target deep muscles, promoting balance and stability. This is a perfect class for those looking for greater strength and cardiovascular health. As always, modifications are provided. Some yoga experience required.

Prenatal

The class is open to people at all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal students build strength and flexibility to support their growing bodies. Prenatal provides a space for community and sharing. Perfect for all stages of pregnancy. Relieve many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy. Connect with the body and calm the mind during such a transformative time.

Stretch & Release

This class is a blend of Yin and Restorative postures that will leave you feeling nourished, well-rested, and refreshed. This class is a combination of deep stretches and ultimate relaxation. Health benefits include fascia release, joint mobility, lower cortisol levels, decrease in anxiety, stress, and can help with sleep. Each pose is held for an extended period of time, and your body is supported by props—blankets, bolsters, and blocks, allowing you the time to let go and be.

yoga nidra

Yoga Nidra

This Yoga Nidra class takes place on the first and third Sunday of the month. For 45 minutes, be guided into a state of deep meditation and relaxation while remaining awake with a powerful meditative technique called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep.” This practice promotes physical, mental, and emotional relaxation and restoration.
