Little Ones and Me Yoga
A playful, welcoming class for parents, grandparents, and caregivers to move, connect, and have fun alongside their little ones. Each 45 minute class blends gentle yoga, storytelling, music, and simple games. No yoga experience needed, and little ones are free to wiggle, explore, and giggle.
For children ages 6 months to 4 years with a caregiver.
Located at our Round Rock studio (107 S Lewis St)

Only the adult caregiver needs to register. Your spot includes your child or children. Not a member? We recommend the 5-class pack, which is $125 and good for a full year.
