Valentine’s Partner Yoga
Join Maura and her husband, Christian, this Valentine’s weekend for a 90-minute fun and playful partner yoga class. You and your partner will be guided through a series of poses and short meditations designed to deepen connection and awareness.
You will support one another in and out of postures that encourage openness, patience, and clear communication. Partner yoga invites you to explore balance, strength, and flexibility while building trust and learning to rely on one another for support.
Come enjoy a lighthearted, meaningful way to celebrate this season of connection. No previous yoga experience is needed. The inflexible newbie is absolutely welcome.
This class is not just for couples. Bring your partner, a favorite plus one, or a close friend. Only one ticket is needed per pair.
