January Book Group Pick: The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh
Join us on Sunday, January 18 at 11:00 AM for our free Soul Strong Yoga Book Group as we explore The Miracle of Mindfulness, a timeless and gentle introduction to meditation and mindful living.
In this beautiful and practical book, Thich Nhat Hanh offers simple teachings on how to bring awareness, calm, and presence into everyday moments. Whether you are new to mindfulness or have an established practice, this book invites us to slow down, reconnect, and live with greater intention and ease.
Our Book Group is centered on community, thoughtful conversation, and shared reflection. We will spend one hour discussing the book, followed by about 20 minutes to relax and enjoy time together as a community.
This gathering is free, open to participants 18 and older, and held upstairs in Suite 201 at Soul Strong Yoga. You are welcome to bring snacks or refreshments to share. Please no alcohol.
