Join us for our free Soul Strong Yoga Book Group this September as we explore How God Works by David DeSteno. Blending science and spirituality, this fascinating book examines the rituals and practices found across religions—and how they can shape our health, happiness, and sense of belonging. Drawing on psychology and neuroscience, DeSteno shows that the wisdom within spiritual traditions can offer practical tools for resilience, compassion, and connection in modern life.
Our Book Group focuses on community and exploring books that guide us toward better wellness and health. We will discuss our book for one hour, followed by 20 minutes to relax and enjoy our fabulous community.
