Join us Sunday November 13th at 1:15pm for a 75 minute class to help “grow your practice”. In this month’s fun workshop we will go over tips and techniques for Kapotasana (pigeon pose) so you can get into it safely and with greater confidence. We’ll work on some backbends and hip openers, break down the pose and go over lots of modifications and different variations like figure four, flying pigeon, and finishing with the crowd favorite, sleeping pigeon. As always, we will look at some ways to strengthen and open the body to make Kapotasana more accessible today and tomorrow. Let’s open those hips!
