Join us Sunday October 9th at 1pm for a 75 minute class to help “grow your practice”. In this month’s fun and lighthearted class we will go over tips and techniques so you can lean into the crow family arm balances with greater confidence. We’ll break down Crow, Side Crow, and maybe a little Flying Crow. We’ll also demystify chatruganga dandasana. As always, we will look at some variations and ways to strengthen the body to make each of these poses more accessible today and tomorrow.
