Summer's End Sound Bath

Join Jessica C for Summer’s End Sound at Soul Strong Yoga. This sound bath is a restorative 75-minute sound bath experience that creates a sacred space for you to reset and restore.
Jessica leads us on a magical journey into the world of sound with the lulling sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, harmonium and drums. You’ll enjoy a cozy restorative savasana pose as we are immersed in soothing sound waves for 75 minutes. You’ll leave feeling calm and rested, and ready to meet what life has to offer.
All are welcome and no experience is necessary. Many props are available, and feel free to bring your favorites to create a comfortable nest to rest, as well as a light cover, socks and eye pillow.
This event is indoor at our main studio and space is limited for social distancing. Cancelations are accepted until 24 hours prior to the event.
