Sepi, Soul Strong Yoga co-owner, RYT 500 yoga instructor, and LMT, will help us ease muscle tension and find an amazing stretch with the help of a foam roller. Using self-myofascial release, we can alleviate pain, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and smooth out hard knots. Sepi will teach us ways to incorporate foam rolling into our self-care routines. This is a workshop that you don’t want to miss!
If you do not have a foam roller, Sepi recommends purchasing one that is 36 inches long and 6 inches round with no ridges. If you’re tender, Sepi recommends purchasing a softer foam roller. Foam rollers are available on Amazon.
