Postnatal Yoga is a wonderful time to restore, get a perfectly tailored workout for postpartum, and build connection. This 4-part series is open to mothers, and their pre-crawler babies are welcome to join, too! Postnatal students can begin after they’re approved by their doctor for yoga. In this series, mothers will build strength, reconnect with their bodies, and build community. Students can look forward to spending time with two postnatal yoga experts, as Sarah and Jill are very well known in Central Texas for their Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga classes and offerings!
The series sessions will meet on Fridays from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Soul Strong Yoga on April 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th. Grab the entire series for ONLY $120! Can’t make it to all the sessions? Purchase individual sessions for $38.
