Julie Gregory, Holistic Health Coach Bio:
Julie is a holistic health coach trained from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she gained a greater appreciation for the healing benefits of balance in areas of nutrition, spirituality, career, relationships and physical activity. Julie’s experience is shaped from a background in occupational therapy, which has always been her inspiration in using a whole-person and compassionate approach with her clients. Julie is currently working on a masters degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health and works with people 1:1 who are experiencing burnout, fatigue and anxiety, who multi-task and try to fit too much into the day sacrificing self-care. Her mission is to help people eliminate burnout and exhaustion so that they can bring joy and energy back into their daily lives.
