Whether you have happy hips or cranky hips, this workshop will be interactive and help you better understand this complex and important part of your body. You’ll receive an hour yoga class, based on the major hip muscle groups. We’ll go over why most of us have tight hips, basic muscle anatomy, and what foods you can incorporate into your diet (for optimal joint function and health). Last, we will review certain poses that we did during your class, and offer modifications, so that you can practice at home.
