Cleanse and Renew, a detox practice. This isn’t another juice cleanse friends! Although we do agree that cleaning up your “food act” is important for your health. Yoga teaches us that genuine wellness is achieved through health of mind, body and spirit. Through this purposefully organized flow of movement and breath you can guide and encourage your body’s natural ability to cleanse both physical and energetic residue that has collected within. The yogic principle of saucha teaches us that true cleanliness goes beyond our common cleaning practices. After this detoxing flow Jill will share practices and ways you can naturally support cleanliness both within and around you. This includes two make and take essential oil recipes for continued support at home.
This will be a slightly heated practice to encourage the body to soften and open for detoxification.
