New Moon Flow & Sound

Celebrate the New Cold Moon while reconnecting with yourself through the New Moon Flow and Sound event with Cassie and Jessica on Sunday, December 10, from 2 – 4 p.m. at Soul Strong Yoga. This luxurious afternoon will be filled with yoga, sound, and nourishment in community. The New Cold Moon reminds us to focus on our journey and find ways to generate warmth from within, to brighten even the darkest and coldest days ahead. During this event, we will explore and focus our attention on the energetics of the New Cold Moon through guided explorations. We will move, play, journal, and rest with a restorative sound bath that includes crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, harmonium, and more. Join us for this incredible experience!
