Sound Alchemy Immersion

Sound Alchemy is a restorative sound bath experience that creates a space for you to reset, rest and reconnect.
Jessica leads us on a magical journey into the world of sound with the lulling sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, harmonium and drum. You’ll enjoy a cozy restorative savasana pose as we are immersed in soothing sound waves for 75 minutes. You’ll leave feeling calm and rested, and ready to meet what life has to offer.
All are welcome and no experience is necessary. This event is outdoors in a shaded space with ample space for social distancing. Some props are available and we recommend bringing your own, as well as a light cover, sun protection, and eye pillow.
