Join us on a journey with Vibrational Sound Tools that settle the mind body continuum, soothing and restoring the nervous system. Gentle movement in the body, holding Yin/ Restorative Yoga shapes with Vibrations and Sound is a certain way to bring about the sleep state in Yoga, known as Yoga Nidra, not quite awake, not quite asleep, but ultra relaxed. Yes, please!!
Each month will have a theme around astrological, spiritual, and socio economic energies. Each session incorporates Himalayan hammered bowls, played with melody and singing of the bowls, with added accompaniments. We conclude with a beautiful resonate Gong Bath, balancing all the chakras, realigning the nervous system. You will leave feeling bliss, enlightenment, and an overall sense of peace and contentment. We hope you will join us monthly on Second Sundays.
