A 60-minute session that includes a short paddle journey and guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind, body and breath as we flow through yoga poses. A great way to build better balance, coordination, endurance.
This is an all-levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just an attitude open to adventure and fun out on the water!
$40 – lower cost than other paddle board yoga classes in the area. (This registration INCLUDES board rental.)
