Whether you have happy hips or cranky hips, this workshop will be interactive and help you better understand this complex and important part of your body. We'll go over anatomy, the importance of balancing out your yoga practice, common misconceptions about tightness, and how to build stability in your hips. We will also review the sequence that we did that week, to discuss modifications and mindfully feel the muscles that you worked. Hip Hip Hooray!
