You can buy this as a series (ONLY $115) or individual sessions ($45 each)! Whether you have happy hips or cranky hips, this series will be interactive and help you better understand this complex and important part of your body. You’ll receive a one-hour yoga class, based on the different hip muscles groups. We’ll go over anatomy, the importance of balancing out your yoga practice, common misconceptions about tightness, and how to build stability in your hips. We will also review the sequence that we did that week, to discuss modifications and mindfully feel the muscles that you worked. Hip Hip Hooray! Here’s the schedule:

Saturday, February 15th (2 – 4 PM): The Outer Hips: The Gluteal Muscle Group & The External Rotators
