Join us for our free Soul Strong Yoga Book Group as we discuss Self-Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself by Kristin Neff. This insightful and research-based book offers a transformative approach to dealing with life’s challenges—not with harsh self-criticism, but with the gentle, supportive practice of self-compassion. Neff combines personal stories, practical exercises, and scientific evidence to show how treating ourselves with kindness can lead to greater emotional resilience, well-being, and connection.
Our Book Group focuses on community and exploring books that guide us toward better wellness and health. We will discuss our book for one hour, followed by 20 minutes to relax and enjoy our fabulous community. The Book Group is free of charge and open to participants 18 and older. WE WILL MEET IN SUITE 201 UPSTAIRS AT SOUL STRONG YOGA.
