But yoga therapy goes beyond movement. Stacy will also provide lifestyle support, helping you make meaningful changes in your daily habits that empower you to feel your best. This may include breathwork, sleep hygiene, stress management techniques, and mindful living practices. Her goal is to help you develop sustainable, long-term strategies for optimal health and well-being.

Meet Stacy Wooster, Yoga Therapist

With over two decades of experience in holistic wellness, Stacy Wooster is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) specializing in trauma-informed teaching. Her background spans massage and yoga therapy, personal training, apothecary, and astrology. As an educator, she has worked with K-12 students, founded the first registered prenatal yoga school in Texas, and continues to lead as a national yoga teacher and trainer.

As an IAYT-certified yoga therapist, Stacy meets the highest industry standards, ensuring her clients receive expert, individualized care. She is passionate about guiding people toward self-discovery, healing, and integration through the power of yoga.
