Yoga teacher, Clara Hayes, is offering a wonderful 4-week yoga series just for seniors. Over the course of four classes, you’ll explore foundational yoga postures and meditation techniques in a fun, uplifting environment! You’ll learn about the different styles of yoga to customize a personal practice and feel more comfortable in the studio. The course is suitable for beginners and those looking to refine their practice. This series can be a fantastic gift for a loved one!
Yoga is a physical practice for ANY body, and this is one reason yoga has become so popular in the senior community. In this series, chairs will be available if you prefer to practice yoga in a chair. Adaptations will be available to make the practice accessible for all bodies. (Please note that the yoga studio is on the second floor, and there is no elevator.)⠀⠀
