Introducing Kundalini Yoga: The Kundalini Beginners Series

We are so excited to announce this new series! This will be the first time Kundalini has been held at Soul Strong! The practice of Kundalini consists of lots of small movements arranged in a specific order, as well as chanting and breath work. Dhyan Priti Kaur (Winnie Alexander) will lead 4 Kundalini Yoga sessions in January and February 2020. Each session will introduce you to Bandhas, Mantra, Kriya, Pranayama, and Sound Relaxation. Kriya topics will include Spinal Energy, Navel Point Awareness, Detoxification, and Resetting the Nervous System. Kundalini Yoga is the most powerful of the yogas, connecting you to the true self, your true consciousness.
