Thai Massage Workshop with Ruta

Saturday, October 1st, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Whether you’re already familiar with Thai Massage or have been curious about it, you can benefit from this ahhhhmazing 2-hour workshop. Ruta will guide participants through a grounding opening meditation, followed by demonstrative instruction and hands-on practice. Each participant will get to both receive and practice some introductory Thai Massage techniques, and will walk away with a printed packet of helpful info you can refer to when practicing later, as

well as a home-grown sage smudge stick, from Ruta’s own garden. The workshop will conclude with a mini-restorative yoga practice. You can come alone or bring a friend! All levels of yogis are welcome and encouraged!
