In menopause, a woman’s body is experiencing a major upheaval and transformation. This is the time for a woman to pause, listen to her body and give herself the best care. The Yoga for Menopause workshop is like giving the menopausal body a huge loving hug and is designed specifically to support women through this transformative time. In this fully supportive 3-hour workshop, we will form a woman’s circle, learn breathing techniques, have a gentle yoga practice, experience restorative poses, and reflect in our journals. Women will feel supported, balanced, re-energized and feel inner harmony.
To keep the experience intimate, it is limited to 10 women.
