Bio: Loki Vex (They/Fae) is a Reiki Healer, Crystal Educator, yoga teacher, and sound healer. As an autistic, transgender, non-binary, and queer writer and artist, Loki found yoga to be a gentle support for chronic illness, pain, and anxiety, helping them reconnect with their body and navigate their gender identity. Certified in 200-hour and Yin Yoga through Soul Strong Yoga, Loki specializes in slow, mindful practices that foster curiosity and breath awareness. They aim to help others tune into themselves and cultivate a more sensitive, compassionate world.
