Join us Saturday, April 15th at 1:15 pm for a 75-minute class to help “grow your practice”. In this month’s workshop, we will be looking at skills and techniques to master standing balances. Balance fluctuates from day to day, but with technique and focus, we can improve our balance in the moment and over time. When you find balance – you feel more alive, more present, and free. As we explore various poses such as tree, dancer, eagle, balancing twists, head to knee, warrior III, standing splits, half moon and sugarcane, we’ll look at fundamental structure, use our breath, and find ways to center and stabilize in these fun and sometimes challenging poses. We’ll start with a short flow to prepare the body, and as always we will go over variations and modifications in every pose so come as you are, and let’s and build focus and confidence!
