Mala Making Workshop

Saturday, December 10th 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Julie, Soul Strong Yoga owner, is bringing a very special Mala Making Workshop. At the workshop, we will create beautiful malas out of natural Amazonite stone and silk thread. Julie will share a brief history of mala making and how to infuse your personal mala with joy and intention. We will also take time to discuss the meaningful uses of your mala necklace and how it can be a beautiful tool in your meditation practice. Amazonite is known for boosting healing, balancing the chakras, and reducing stress. It is used for bringing soothing energies to one’s home, workplace, or meditation space.
