Sacral Chakra Workshop With Cassie

Saturday, February 25th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The sacral chakra is our center of trust, worthiness, love, and creativity; represented by the element water. To begin, Cassie will lead a flow to build trust and boundaries for yogis to safely cultivate creativity through fluid movements linked with breath. After a long savasana, there will be time for journaling, reflection, and discussion. Sacral-nourishing snacks will be provided along with a small gift to take with you!
