New Year Sound & Ritual

New Year Sound & Ritual is a body, mind and spirit renewal for the new year! Join Jessica for this 75 minute New Year’s Day offering to reflect on the past year and invite in a hopeful, bright intention for 2022 as a community!

We’ll begin our practice with centering and reflection, before settling in for an immersive sound bath, where the vibrations of the crystal bowls and other healing instruments create a supportive space to rest and renew. You leave class feeling lighter, brighter and ready for all the new year has to offer.

This event is indoor at our main studio and space is extremely limited for social distancing. Cancelations are accepted until 24 hours prior to the event.
