Want to explore yoga for the first time or brush up on your practice? This Beginners Series will be light-hearted and provide a safe, fun space to explore the many poses of yoga and how to “flow” in a yoga class. Your yoga teacher will guide the class through not only proper alignment, but finding the best alignment for your body. The class will learn about and practice foundational yoga poses, such as upward salute, the three warrior poses, triangle, extended side angle, and balancing poses.

This event takes place inside at the Soul Strong Main Studio at 309 W Main St. We are on the second floor in Suite 121.
This class is kept small to ensure that the group is provided individualized attention and so social distancing practices can be in place. Please dress comfortably in clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle, and your own yoga mat. We will provide yoga blocks for you.

What to wear: Just wear some comfortable yoga or athletic type clothing. You are going to be stretching and moving, so you want to be comfortable. We ask that everyone wear masks when entering the yoga studio. Once you are on your yoga mat, you may remove you mask if you’re vaccinated.
What to bring: A yoga mat, hand towel, and water bottle.
What to do: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first session to check-in and get comfortable.
