Yogi Kitchen Episode 1: Kitchari with Hannah
Join Hannah in the kitchen and make your own Kitchari: A traditional Ayurvedic dish that’s been served for centuries!. All you need are two simple ingredients (mung beans and basmati rice), as well as a handful of spices and your best apron. Then you’ll be ready to get cooking in the comfort of your own home as we gather via Zoom! We’ll be cooking for about one hour, during that time Hannah will lead a short discussion on Kitchari’s history, it’s benefits, and how to add more Ayurvedic practices in your life and your pantry!
