Anxiety is the most common mental health concern in the US, but we can learn to cope and manage these feelings better through yoga. In this workshop, we will learn how to recognize our anxiety by increasing the mind-body connection and how to better manage the physical symptoms of stress. This 90-minute workshop will include learning techniques such as self-reflection and mindfulness, and end with a Yin yoga practice to relieve muscle tension.
