Moon Magic Mini Retreat

Join Jessica and Sepi for our Moon Magic Mini Retreat at Soul Strong Yoga on Saturday, March 19 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. as we welcome the spring equinox and the full worm moon.

The moon has a powerful effect on all things on earth, including us. We experience the energy shift as the moon moves through its phases, whether or not we realize it. Luckily when we tap into the moon’s vast energy, we can release unwanted difficulties and even manifest our dreams into reality. Pairing our practice with the phases of the moon is a potent way to come home to ourselves and directly affect change around us.

Moon Magic is lovingly designed to help release any heavy burdens and co-create our futures with the magnetic power of the Moon. We’ll open with intention setting opportunities before moving through a 60 minute moon salutation flow and a 30 minute restorative gong bath. We’ll close our time together with the opportunity to participate in moon and spring equinox rituals and to enjoy delicious treats in community.
