Join Teresa this Spring Equinox for a 90-minute moving meditation that will give your body, mind, and spirit a spring cleaning. Stoke your inner fire with 90 minutes of breath work, self-massage, deep twists, core strengthening, and dynamic movement to open your body and mind to new possibilities and areas for growth, and a long, deep ending meditation to let it all sink in. Afterward, enjoy a complimentary kombucha.
