Join us for a Saturday afternoon of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Carve out some time in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and enjoy some stretching, mindfulness, and deep breathing with a gentle practice that supports feeling more grounded, calm and at ease.
Each participant will receive a gorgeous workbook and personal practice guide to promote a greater sense of well-being when at home. Scroll to the bottom to view sample pages of the workbook and personal practice guide.
What to expect: This workshop will offer you an opportunity to explore the quieter, calmer energy of Yin Yoga. We will practice long holds to allow muscles and tissues to stretch and release then drop into deeper stillness with some restorative poses to end the practice. We hope you leave feeling a bit more balanced and refreshed. Expect lots of cushy props and not a downward dog to be found.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and is a perfect introduction to the practice if you’re curious to learn more about Yin Yoga.
