Join Josephine, yoga teacher and massage therapist, for an interactive and informative workshop that will give you the tools you need to develop healthier posture. We will cover the roots and causes of postural dysfunction, and what healthy posture looks and feels like in multiple positions and activities of daily living.
Along with leading us through a physical sequence to develop natural posture, Josephine will help us begin a process of setting intention and creating habit change, so that we can implement these tools. We will also share a discussion about mental and emotional stress as it relates to tension in the body as a whole, and a mindfulness meditation to compassionately observe and accept the current state of the body, which often sets a stage for release.
