yoga flow

Flow, Sunrise Flow, and Morning Flow

Move with your breath and bring your attention back to your body in our flow classes. These dynamic flow classes will get you out of your head and into a moving meditation; modifications are always available.

In our sunrise and morning flows, we awaken the body with breathe work, introspection, and a longer warm-up to prepare our bodies for an active flow. All levels are welcome.

Build heat and strength for a total body workout, while also cultivating a calm mind. This stamina-building class offers advanced poses, arm balances, and inversions. For those who are comfortable with flow and are wanting to advance their practice. Yoga experience is a plus.

Heated Flow

Heated Yoga Flow is an energizing, strengthening, and invigorating class, characterized by flowing poses and varying sequences that are linked to the breath. Expect to move and breathe smoothly from one pose to another, building strength, energy and grace and releasing stress in the body. Practiced in a heated room to maximize the healing and detoxifying aspects of the class. Beginners with some yoga experience through more advanced students will enjoy the benefits of this class. Sweat, play and flow! A great style to build strength, stamina and flexibility while cultivation a sense of graceful peace and well-being.

Yoga for Kids & Families

Soul Strong offers two classes for kids and families - Yoga with My Toddler and Family Yoga.

Yoga with My Toddler (Saturday 9:30AM-10:15AM) - a fun-loving, active and supportive yoga class for parent(s) and toddlers alike. During the class, the toddlers get to playfully practice postures, such as laying, sitting, standing, and jumping. Parents get to do a little yoga themselves. Toddler = 18 months - 3 years old.

Family Yoga for ages 4+ (Saturday 1:15PM-2:00PM) - a time where kids 4-years old to about 10 can join their parent(s)/caregiver(s) for practice in a light-hearted, interactive environment. Work together as a family through partner poses, breathing exercises, focusing techniques, & more! Cultivate a deep connection to one another by bringing a focus to love & gratitude. Family Yoga is a great balance of fun & relaxation for the whole family.

Price: Toddler Yoga & Family Yoga are considered regular yoga classes at the studio. For non-members, the price is a $15 drop-in. $5 per additional toddler or child. Up to 2 adults included in the fee.

Prenatal & Postnatal

The class is open to mothers at all stages of pregnancy or postnatal. Prenatal students build strength and flexibility to support their growing bodies. Postnatal students can do the same while also connecting with their precrawler babies. Prenatal & Postnatal provides a space for community and sharing. Perfect for all stages of pregnancy and postnatal with doctor's approval. Relieve many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy and post-pregnancy. Connect with the body and calm the mind during such a transformative times.

Let the stresses of the week melt away. Calm the mind and body with this soothing restorative yoga class. This class requires little muscular exertion. Each pose is held for several minutes, and your body is supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. You will leave feeling nourished, well rested, and refreshed. No yoga experience necessary. All levels are welcome.



Relax into simply being in the here and now with the beautiful, expansive practice of meditation. In this hour, we’ll explore different meditation techniques and practices with time for questions and discussion.  Meditation is typically the 2nd Sunday of each month. Check the schedule. No meditation experience required.

Beginners Class

Soul Strong offers a weekly Beginners Flow class! This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or want to refresh their practice. Be sure to reserve a spot. We keep this class small so that Jackie can work with students on proper alignment and offer more attention.

yin yoga

Stretch & Flow

Warm up with a 45 minute yoga flow, and then melt into 30 minutes of Yin postures for the remainder of class. Yin includes long holds of deep stretches supported by props. This helps to release the muscles & let you find complete relaxation. All levels welcome.

Buti Yoga

Buti yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. It taps into the movement that our bodies crave. Buti Yoga is not your ordinary yoga class! Come out and join us as we "Sweat with Intention!!!"
