Restorative Yoga Training with Jessica Cross
Study the best practices in teaching Restorative Yoga with Jessica Cross. You will cover both the science and techniques of this healing practice. Jessica Cross has trained directly with Dr. Judith Hanson Lasater, the leading Restorative Yoga teacher in the world.

Sound Training for Singing Bowls and Gong with Jessica Cross and Julie Afsahi
In this two-part training, you will learn how to integrate both the singing bowls and therapeutic gong into your current group teaching offerings. On Saturday, you will explore and play the singing bowls with Jessica, owner of Sound for Stress. During this interactive lesson, Jessica will introduce techniques for playing as well as the scientific foundations of sound. On Sunday, you will dive into playing gong with Julie, who is a Certified Gong Therapist. She will introduce you to multiple techniques for playing meditative and therapeutic gongs in group settings.

Creative Sequencing Training with Stacy Wooster and Julie Afsahi
Are you interested in injecting creativity, passion, and new ideas into your teaching and practice? This training is full of innovation and inspiration! On Saturday, Stacy will introduce you to the world of sequencing asana based on astrology, the phases of the moon, and more. She will also teach you how to visually organize your sequences. On Sunday (May 21st), Julie will dive deep into the ancient, powerful practice of using mudras for personal evolution and health. Using the text, Mudras for Healing and Transformation, we will practice and discuss theming asana practices with the integration of mudras to awaken chakras and boost the energetic power inherent in a posture. You will investigate the subtle body systems and how to use mudras for a holistic yoga practice. Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga With Stacy
Ready to teach everyone who comes to your classes, including the prenatal and postnatal students in the room? Stacy has served pregnant women and young families in Texas since 2002 and opened the first prenatal yoga certification program in Texas. This intensive weekend is perfect for teaching all-levels, diverse group classes that are not exclusive to prenatal or postnatal students.

Teaching Adaptive Yoga, including Chair Yoga, with Julie Afsahi and Stacy Wooster
This course is taught by two true experts! Julie is a seasoned yogi and trainer who lives with a neuromuscular disease, balance issues, and chronic vertigo. Stacy is a certified yoga therapist with rich knowledge of both adaptive and chair yoga. Learn to teach quality yoga to every unique person who attends your classes. This training will cover trauma-informed teaching techniques for a variety of populations, including chronic illness warriors, older yogis, folks using fabulous yoga props (blocks, chairs, the wall, etc.), and more! We will discuss adaptive yoga in terms of both sequencing and individual postures.
