UPDATE - Gentle Yoga is now called Slow Flow.
While our traditional Flow class is inspired by Vinyasa yoga, building internal heat & strength, and our Restorative classes are a good old yogi nap, Gentle yoga meets you somewhere in the middle.
In this class, the slow pace and myriad of modifications makes it perfect for anyone just beginning their yoga journey, those looking to slow down & give their body some rest & recovery, or those dealing with injury. Our instructors demo how to use different props to assist the practice to work for your body just as it is right now (cause your body already rocks! And so do props!). Join us every Monday and Wednesday morning in the studio for a little stretch, stress-relief, and savasana.
